Our dishes travel along the coasts of Greece, through the souks of the Levant and over the hills of southern Italy. Reimagined by a kitchen with no interest in imitation.
First comes the fire. Then the acidity. Everything on the table is made for sharing, debating and ordering another round.
We use only halal-certified meat—so that guests with different dietary and religious preferences can come together here without worry and enjoy their meal together.
